My Husaberg 650 came stock at 60 HP. The same as a stock CR500. . I installed an Akrapovic slip on and it probably puts out 62 or 63 im thinking. The wheel comes up easily in 3rd. Just roll on the throttle. 07 was the last ones with plates in CA. There are some out there, just have to look. Mines 05.
