I'm sure he would prefer a host within SD city limits, since he's taking his bike in for service at SDBMW. I'm sure even just a place to pitch his tent would be good enough....here is the email he sent me. Greetings. Have a appointment at the San Diego BMW shop for 9:00 am Oct 12 and am seeking a place to stay. Going around the world on my bike and this is my last stop for bike maintenance in a western town. I would like to arrive Oct 11 sometime and get my bike unpacked and ready for service. Then spend the night of the 12th as well. There's a few other things I need to get done before heading to Mexico. If you can't help out, maybe you have ideas of free or cheap places I could stay. Thank you for reading this. All the best .
