Mr. Spaugh took me in after hours, used his awesome ShockBleeder (check him out at http://shockbleeder.com), and changed my oil and recharged my shock with Nitrogen in about 30 minutes for a very reasonable price (including oil). GOING THE EXTRA MILE... Recognizing that the bleed wasn't perfect, Brad kept the shock overnight, made it perfect, and delivered it to me the next day. Awesome service!
