Ken S 164 Posted November 14, 2014 Same spot same time as bike slut took us last week. Dirt, rocks , a little sand, hill climbs, mines to explore. Much faster terrain to ride than our usual stuff. Intermediate pace. Going exploring the area more and for longer than the slut showed us last week. It'll be fun. Kenny

350thumper 336 Posted November 14, 2014 Where are you staging at? we could stage at the jacumba park. my buddy george is security there . I know the dirt roads over to In-Ko-Pa from there I forget where you live but we could meet me at Tavern rd {alpine] to throw your bike in the back of my Dakota if you want. I know a sandwich shop across street from the jacumba wash. expect a harsh environment of shifting sands, searing heat, and nearly impassable mountain ranges covered with car-sized boulders .. Ken S 164 Posted November 15, 2014 I live in Alpine but I'll have 2 or 3 bikes on my trailer. The jeep wont pull more than that. We can meet at the park (I don't know where that is) or the info sign right next to the Incopah exit where we parked last week. Seems like a good spot to refuel since my riding buddies only have stock 2 gallon tanks and I'm down to ride most of the day with the cooler weather. Are you in Alpine now? Saw a guy trying to start an older Husky on Victoria a couple days ago.

Ken S 164 Posted November 16, 2014 See you there. Exit 77 at the info board on the south side of the freeway. Ready to ride at 8am Kenny
Ken S 164 Posted November 17, 2014 Great ride with Jim, Jim, and Darren. Windy and on the cold side. Rode stage coach right off the bat. Then a dirt rode heading west that turned to rock then sand then single track. Good stuff. Climbed red hill. Up to smugglers cave. Did some exploring. Followed Darren on his new to him big bore Husky WFO up the sand washes to downtown Jacumba for sandwiches. I'll sleep good tonight. Kenny
