Logroller 1 Posted July 20, 2014 I believe the key thing to take from this is, always keep your feet moving. No matter what you ride (bike or terrain) or at what pace, keeping a foot (or two) from being stagnate is key to keeping yourself upright (opposite of crashing), efficient (energy use), and reduces injury (proper joint use = good mobility).
