carguy 1 Posted October 26, 2007 I have been trying to get some parts for a month now. Just found a company that has what I need and can deliver, well maybe. Parts were shipped UPS. Delivery date Monday, yes this monday the 22nd. All was good and I would have my parts and get to ride this weekend. DigDug 0 Posted October 26, 2007 Just show up at there kerna mesa office. I do when they say they cant leave it. Heck yeah... I've done that. Just show up and play stupid (or lie) and say they told you they couldn't deliver but you should come and pick it up. They typically won't turn you away once you're in there. Of course, the day you do that will be the day they can't give it to you because it's out on the truck for delivery...
Joliet 0 Posted October 26, 2007 Yesterday we finally got our first UPS delivery this week. We had stuff on the truck since Monday. If they don't deliver to an area I don't think they come back and unload the trucks. I think they just leave it on there until they get out to deliver. Are you looking for a starter? Kevin 0 Posted October 26, 2007 FYI-The customer service people that you are talking to are not UPS employees, they are a contracted company to provide phone service. That is why you get the runaround.

Kevin 0 Posted October 29, 2007 New order delivered to Lakeside. Old one still hostage . Also, the FedEx Ground driver gets paid on every box delivered/and they own the truck and route, thus they have an incentive to get your package to you. The UPS driver is Hourly. And the answer is no, I do not work for FedEx.
