KTMrad 512 Posted September 15, 2013 Hey All, been an awesome trip so far. Last night had a bitchin' night ride from Sierra City to Grass Valley on the 49...man, I love night rides. At a friend's in Grass Valley NorCal now, waiting to see if I can get another friend to change a tire. 1372 miles so far, with 3 more days of riding before I arrive home on Tuesday. Seen some long-time friends and made some new ones on this trip. Explored some more routes from my 4x4 Book...Sierra Nevada Scenic Byways. Beautiful country with awesome road & dirt riding up here...it's pretty much paradise for motorcycles. Tonight I'll be seeing a new friend who owns a restaurant outside of Kings Canyon. Then Monday and Tuesday, probably all pavement on great twisties on the way home. No way to post photos until I get back, I've posted a few on my FB page. See y'all Tuesday night at the meeting.
