I had the opportunity to take the Lee Parks Total Control Level 1 & 2 training last week.

This is my GoPro video for the TC Solo Event.

These are 5 runs for the final event of Lee Parks Total Control Level 2.

This is the TC Solo course.

1 Speed Up shift

2 Speed Down shift

3 Left Hand turn

4 Decreasing Radius Left hand Turn

5 Right Turn (Maintain Body position for next corner)

6 Right Left "S: Turn

7 Left hand sweeping turn

8 Maximum Braking

Trail braking & 10 Steps to Proper Cornering throughout.

Great Instruction. A real confidence builder.

I did drag knee on the GS.
