PyroMonday Ride

I was due for a test ride this morning. It was great conditions after the rain last night. The plan was to try to make it down to McCain to thank Slut in person, but I got a bit side tracked . . .

There was a few clouds scattered around but not much.

You can see the Salton Sea in the distance.

There was enough rain over the weekend to fill up some pretty good puddles.

Not much in the water crossings though.

Awesome views along the way.

The air was crisp and cold . . .

and a bit of snow!

It was melting fast off the roof top.

Later on I caught a glimpse of a cool lake. Guess which one (?)

Back home again! Aaaaaahhhhhhhh!!

Nice Troy! Looks like a great day...glad to see you out riding....Not many ride a KLR like you can!...though a few guys in death valley KLR group will give you a run for your money!!

Thanks for sharing. Have a great weekend up north. Give me a call sometime soon and we'll head out. I'll let you know how things go this weekend out at McCain, deer springs if I head out. I want to go to Cycle Gear Grand opening to pick up a few things friday AM before heading out.
