Fun Ride on Saturday 04.07.07

I got invited by my water "Guy" to ride on Saturday with his buddy Chris. It's a Top Secret location which I can't share (lest they would have to kill me), but I can tell you it was super rocky. Lots of rocky uphill and a downhill section that makes "The Drop" look like a fireroad Feel free to guess the location. I'm glad I didn't crash (like I usually do) because the potential for carnage was EXTREME I've invited them to come check-out our little forum. These are good fellas (not wise guys) so give them a welcome if they happen to pop-up as noobs here.

Here's looking back across the valley at "The Drop on Steroids". It's a little tough to see (and impossible to get the true perspective) due to the low overcast, but the slope is a near vertical in some spots, the terrain is all loose rocks (golf ball to washing machine size), and the technique is a controlled slide for about a mile
