  1. We used to do 2'fr Tuesdays but that seems to have stopped. I would like to try to get an after work ride in now that the heat is coming and the days are long. Tuesdays are probably the hardest day for me to pull this off but I would go with the majority if there is any interest. It would be the typical meeting spot Main Street Coffee to near the top or all the way up black mtn truck trail.
  2. I would say 6ish? I need a few days notice to arrange my work schedule but I do miss the crew that did this before
  3. Road is now open as of 11/09/24. Other OHV routes are 5S09, 4S21, 4S05, 4S06 and 4S19. Free maps are available at the Forest Service Visitor Center at 54270 Pine Crest Ave, in Idyllwild. It’s been closed for 2 years due to a massive sinkhole. Now we just need some rain to go enjoy this awesome right.

    Big Bear Time!

I am very interested. I can’t this weekend. I am doing a track day on my Varg. I just can’t get enough of that bike. I really need to get my 500 out of Big Bear sounds fun
  5. I actually need to get my dual sport out again. I’ve been riding my Stark Varg every weekend, when I’m not doing that, I’m on my Harley cruising

    Stark Varg

Well I ordered one (the 80hp version) and it shipped today. I am pretty excited to hit some tracks and maybe race again. I also want to try it at McCain. They have a new update that features a “crawl mode” will it be better than my 300 xcw tpi was for technical riding? No. But it should be really fun and you can drop the hp all the way down to 10 hp. The crate is shipping straight to my house. They claim “fastest electric dirtbike in the world“ very weird to buy a new bike 100% online, signing the papers etc all online. Was pretty easy

No clutch. Both are brakes, you can choose either foot pedal or and brake. A buddy as a conversion where he has both. I think I will add the pedal brake. I am just too used to it being there

    Yes I did that immediately

    Stark Varg

I want to get back into racing MX. I will use it for black men and maybe McCain. But we will see. I also have a supermoto setup that is supposed to transfer over from KTM. If that’s the case. I will most definitely race supermoto

Sorry one more pic. This is the specs. The torque seems unbelievable.

Graphics and numbers came in, still waiting on my seat cover cover. But I get to ride it tomorrow at Cahuilla Creek MX. it will be a learning day for sure. Taking it up and down the street, it feels so different with no centrifugal forces from the motor like gas motors have. It is a very odd feeling, but a few friends of mine swear by these on a race track so I will find out. if anyone happens to be in the area tomorrow between 9 and 1 PM at Cahuilla Creek MX park you are more than welcome to try this out. I will also hit the single track in the back just to see how it does.
  12. wow, looks amazing

    Stark Varg

Well it showed up. Seems pretty simple to assemble. My graphics and numbers should arrive tomorrow. So this weekend should be fun.

I’ll be taking it to black mountain for sure. To my understanding, KTM wheels fit on this. So it have a 19 and an 18 rear and a spare front I’ll be more than happy to do a demo day if people want to try it out speaking of which we need to do a 2’fr Tuesday soon
  15. We've had a very dry winter so dust rides have been the thing, This weekend looks to be a decent choice Anyone riding? Otay, Fish Creek, Something different?
  16. Will do, hope you get your bike running soon. This dirt should be great
  17. This rain should make to ride pretty awesome. Wet sand, no dust etc.. Waiting on my buddy to see if he gets his bike running.
  18. Thats awesome. I live in Ramona and we have a flock come up our driveway, hang out in the street. We have to stop and wait for them to walk by. If you do a light honk, they all gobble.
  19. I’ll go with you anytime. I am good whatever pace / level you are comfortable with. Let me know. I’ve ridden Otay the pink gate once with a crew from here. It was clouding with light drizzle. On my way home, it absolutely dumped rain riding up wildcat. It was awesome!! I am not familiar with the trails and would love to get the ones that did it before to get a ride together at Otay
  20. I have every other Friday off. This coming Friday (Feb 7th is a working Friday) I really hope to link up for more rides. I need to get some seat time. I will be doing a district 38 race March 1st.
  21. Lots of riding down here, but I have to say, know where near as beautiful at Northern Idaho. No sure what type of terrain you are willing to ride that bike in. The desert has some amazing places but it comes with deep sand and rougher climbs. A decent one to test it out is grapevine canyon to jasper trail then down to Borrego etc
  22. I am on a better suited bike for me this time. The 300 was way too twitchy. The more I thought about it, the more I think the head bearing may have been loose. That was the most unstable bike I have ridden. Low speed it was amazing
  23. Anyone riding this weekend? I'm torn on where to go. @Rjg967 wants to hit the desert to prep for a race, or go explore new to me places on the 500 (goat trestle or something like that), or hit Fox Raceway
  24. we should plan a ride soon for those that want to do the loop?
