So my bike is already wired for that particular gps unit. Can the 78 be used with an external power supply? Is the 78 better? I know nothing. He will sell it cheaper than $ 150. What should I know?

I went out to explore Otay TT a little on Monday afternoon. Weather was great. As I rode up I took a couple of detours to get a little more time on the dirt. As I climbed the mountain I became one with the clouds. Went over the top and down towards Dog House? I came out of the clouds to this beautiful view. As I got closer towards the Southwestern part of the road I asked a couple of border patrol officers if their was any other way of getting back to 94 besides the way I came? They suggested following the road down or taking the pole line to the border and taking a right. I chose the latter which was good fun. When I got to the border I chose the South side of the large fence for some dumb reason. ? As I rode on I was stopped. He was understanding and after he looked in my backpack he opened a huge gate and let me back into the USA. ? Hope everyone had a great weekend? Thanks to all our troops and Veterans.

Congrats on your new bike. I hadn't ridden in years and picked up an 04 525 exc a little more than a month ago and have been on two rides with some of the "boys", and they have been very gracious. Enjoy your Beemer, it will serve you well. Ride safe.
