Thinking about a McCain ride this Sunday. How are the conditions up there? Any snow on the ground? What's it like riding up there when it has snowed?

Just ordered one...i have another one that I keep in the RZR. I could've used it last week in Flagstaff on a family trip....jumped in the wife's car at the hotel and "click click" was all I heard instead of the engine cranking over. And of course the first image to pop into my head was the jump starter in my RZR, in my garage about 380 miles away. 😣

Superstition is open. No plate required. Just about everything north of I-8 between Ocotillo and Dunaway Rd is open OHV.

Feliz Cumpleaños Señor Kug!

They should learn pivot turns to avoid 9 point turnarounds. "They" includes me. 😟

amgems, are you near Cottonwood? We camped there this summer...looked like there's a lot of places to explore in that area

Good times with good people! Thanks again Mike.

It also could depend on whether or not the bike is plated or OHV. If it's plated and not enrolled in SENTRI it could be construed as using non-SENTRI vehicle in SENTRI lane.
A few months ago we crossed thru SENTRI with 2 OHV bikes and 1 plated (non-SENTRI) bike in bed of truck with no issues.....just saying

Any SDAR guys do some 60s scrambling? Not calling you old, I ask in a respectful somewhat jealous way.
I'm digging the shop art at about the 3:00 mark

Another thing to consider about that kit is that it's hardwired for the RH5R or Kenwood radios only.
They offer a harness that can accept different "jumper cables" depending on what radio you're using. This can come in handy if happen to use a different radio brand/model. All you would have to do is get the corresponding jumper cable.

1st pic is the hardwired version, 2nd pic is the one that can use different jumper cables

Can the Governor grant me a work reprieve? I'm finally able to get weekends off, but now I miss out on weekday rides.

Yep, can't go wrong with MSR gear. I just ordered this pack, priced right and good reviews too

I'm running the same light at Mikey777 but I kept my stock headlight/turnsignal switch. I also added a dimmer from Baja Designs that when the headlight switch is in the low position it dims the light down to about stock headlight brightness and in the high position it shoots out full brightness.

Kenda Parker DT. Nuff said. I always thought the Maxxis chunked off too much in harder rocky terrain
KTM wheel & Dunlop Trailmax Missions
in FOR SALE & Wanted To BUY
Posted
I bought a rear and front set of wheels for a KTM that came with Dunlop tires on them. I really only needed the rear wheel, so I need to get rid of the front wheel w/tire and the rear tire. Previous owner said they only had about 100 pavement miles on them.
21" KTM front wheel in excellent shapewith 90/90-21 Dunlop Trailmax Mission, no dings or scratches $140
120/90-18 Dunlop Trailmax Mission $40
$150 for both.
Located in El Centro area. I might be going to Barona in a couple weeks or usually go to McCain every couple weeks.
