Kris your missing the point the it's not really a re badge since the badge says KLR not BMW - it's a joke. I think a funny one at that - my experience is many BMW riders are bike snobs so for them to see a BMW looking emblem that says KLR on a KLR is funny ----. Hell if I had a BMW I would think it funny to put a KLR sticker on it. This bike came with em but their staying on it. Tommy, if you find out the COD I'd be curious to know. They are bitchin amimals and king ---- around here. Hope it wasn't some knucklhead...ranchers excluded. There are many big cats around you just hardly see em. I've spent years huntting Ramona and east having been spooked more than once when I saw the cat that was watching me. Riggerdan, if the cat sticks around a small area its probably a bobcat. Big cats roam a large area although they do cross into each others territory unlike what the books say. I was riding my klr yesterday down Santa Ysabel tr and wondered if a cat would jump a quiet bike from above and behind like they have done to mountain bikers. I surprise a lot of deer so im sure a cat could be caught off guard and might attack in chase mode. I checked my speedo and hoped 40 would be enough lol.

Geez Tommy relax, its okay to own multiple bikes of different brands...it's like women but better since they will never compare notes about you. Take it from a guy that has owned 20+ bikes....one for each mood and still not enough!

Bummer to miss it, since we now have two used klr's - didn't know...I need to start kissing some serious klr arse!
