The rocky section is not bad an experienced rider on a decent big bike can handle it. -

Well howdy neighbor! (that's how we talk up here). Actually we are neighbors - we live on Wood Rock about a half mile from Dos Picos Rd.

Welcome Frank! Actually it was Dennie, Todd Whiteside's (another SE owner) wife that started this mess Glad to see you drank the whole keg of Kool-aid lol. Thanks for calling tonight, we'll be in touch. That makes at least 5 SE's at SDAR until CID sells his ...GASP! I know and ride with at least 5 more in Socal north of SD and we all suffer from hurting cheeks!

Jeremy McGrath, Ryan Villopoto and Nick Wey at Perris. http://motocross.transworld.net/videos/flat-track-mx-legends-get-sideways/#hAXpT9r8k0fwktob.99 http://motocross.transworld.net/videos/flat-track-mx-legends-get-sideways/#0PoKYGmEHrkxOjGF.97

Robertaccio you are welcome to ride my bike at a Perris practice day. Ozzy and I have been having too much fun with this. We are very lucky to have this gem of a 1/4 mile track so close by. Pretty common for Del Mar and Perris to get over 200 entries per event now.

I have lived (and also sell real estate) in Ramona for 28 years and as Christie and I discussed when we retire where would we move? No where - we are here! As all mentioned above it's a great community with great schools. I have raised my two kids here and always told them that if they get into any trouble to tell me immediately as I will hear about from someone - they learned this lesson the hard way My point is it's a small community when it needs to be much like a Midwestern town. I can't speak to the MX track as I quit racing there in the late 90's when triple jumps were getting mighty big. I did see a vintage race out there last year and it seems toned down a bit jump wise - That's why I race flat track Lake Southerland is only open on a limited schedule for fishing only - owned by the City of San Diego. San Vicente has been closed for years as they raised the dam, it should open in 2018 at the latest. As a family we spent many days on that lake and look forward to it opening again as it's only 15 min from my house. As a Realtor I can tell you there is a slight premium price wise for homes on the "west end" as the commute is a bit shorter - it's another 15-20 min to get to east Ramona or SDCE during rush hour. The new road to the estates will help but the bottle neck is at Dye road which is also going to be improved. Some (certainly not all) areas of Ramona have had well issues so know whether you are going to be on city water or well. Same goes with certain areas that do not have sewer available may have septic issues during the rainy season - these areas are well known to locals. If you have any other questions you can give ma a call at 760-522-8111

2012 Dakar rider and Cycle World test rider amongst much more including Doubletake mirrors owner. Ned is in town and has agreed to come to our meeting. He has some great insight to Dakar and the motorcycle industry. Recently was sent to Africa to test ride the new Honda Crf1000l Africa Twin. Should be a good one!

Better to ask Honda that question?

Oh and competed in the 07 Baja 1000 on a 950 Super Enduro ... yeah he's nuts
