Thanx for the tour, Mimi. I had fun!. Way different than what I ride in the Vegas area. There is one area called the Dungeon in the Bitter Springs area but nothing to dodge and way more deep sand, then theres Mt Charleston but no trail system like that I know of, maybe tight trails leading up into the mountains but no continuous turns. I could go back and ride that stuff day after day, but preferably on a lighter bike, lol. Maybe I'll join you guys for the Desert Dash. Thanx again for taking me out there. When I get a chance I'll see if my 2 or 3 pics came out and post 'em up here.

Yup, really wanted to make this one, like you said, maybe next year. Can't wait to see the pics and read the stories.

If you can,t make it I can send you some links to some good information. I really enjoy camping in the Mojave National Preserve. I haven't camped there but have ridden it some. I'll take you up on the links. I'm gonna start collecting some of that stuff soon so I'm ready when the opportunity comes up, or I can create the opportunity, to camp off the bike.

Good idea. Wish I were closer. I need to start building my arsenal of bikepacking gear. If I have enough by then maybe I'll try and make it. Sounds like fun.

Not only does this ease your hassle, the food is the best. That Herb can really cook! It looks like I'm gonna have to miss out on my mid-April event so I may join you guys for the May weekend. Gotta get my Sheriff Herb food fix.

This looks like a good spot for SoCal riding. I have family there plus its not far from Vegas so I may be popping in from time to time for rides ops. I also plan on taking advantage of some of the organized rides when I can. Likewise, if anyone is heading to Vegas, look me up for some Vegas riding. Btw, how do I put a photo in my profile? I don't see a way to host one like in the av but everything I have is too big a file.
