Hey all, have had some complaints from at least 3 people in the last year, about a ABSP Ranger who seems to have an unprofessional attitude.

Please PM me any altercations or incidents anyone may have had with ABSP Rangers.......this guy seems to be a younger guy, and one guy from D37 Dualsport got a ticket for a non-DOT tire....even though he was in the wrong without a DOT tire, he said the Ranger had a "harassing type attitude" and was very unprofessional. We have a name from the ticket.

Thanks !

....and remember in dealing with the Rangers, a facial expression, comment with attitude or displaying a verbal or non-verbal "why are you harassing me" attitude can start the spiral upward.

There should not be non-professional conduct from any LE but I can tell you after a day of the hearing the same excuses, having your job minimized and "I pay your salary"....it can get trying.

Let's put our best foot forward when dealing with the Rangers but don't hesitate to call supervisors if they get out of hand. Young LE's are usually the worst as they're feeling "badge heavy" and see things in black & white.
