Yard, spare storage room, washer/dryer, full house privileges, nice & quiet neighborhood near Grossmont College. 1 month security deposit required. Pets possible, I have a great dog. Cowles Mountain & Mission Gorge hiking/biking trails nearby. Room is available now.
