We are riding down into Mexico for a couple months this winter and are planning on putting fresh skins on the bikes when we are in San Diego. Junk the street treads and put some suitable meats on for Mexican gravel and rock. Looking for a nice little dealer to get some tires (for a KLR) from on our way through. Would prefer not to go into San Diego itself, so something on the outskirts of "town" or in a smaller place nearby would be preferable. I would like to contact the shop ahead of time to make sure they'll have a couple of suitable tires waiting for us. Any information (shop, location, email, phone #) would be much appreciated.
