jawhitmoyer 0 Posted May 13, 2016 Well, since I didn't get any takers for my desert run, I am open to doing the Sawmill if anyone wants to join me. Park at Tecate behind the gas station, leaving at 8.00am. Do a nice loop under 200 miles. I know it's short notice, but please advise ASAP if you want to go. Otherwise, I am doing my desert loop. I didn't end up in the desert because of the heat, but rode some new trails near El Topo ranch, found yet another route into The Pines, and had lunch at the Sawmill. There was a group of guys from Los Ancianos I ran into a couple of times, but otherwise had the place to myself. The weather was great, although it got a little chilly towards the end of the day.
