Just got home and here is a letter from Richard,

Yes it is. I am trying to get the next section open too. Please get the

word out that the burned part toward the dam will be open on a trial

basis.

If people start running off the trail or into the wilderness I will

have to

close the gates to that part again to keep the haters from shutting the

whole thing down. Please get the word out where ever you can : Stay on

the

trail-the trail stays open.
