Lots of new construction out at the OW - new vault toilets, cyclone fences around cement parking pads, new signs marking "points of interest" - and there were rangers...well ranging about the park. Had a nice conversation with them at Gas Domes where they told me to get involved because if the off road enthusiasts don't say what they want out of Ocotillo Wells - they'll get some bureacrat to "help" and we all know what that gets us.
