Bbg.will 0 Posted November 1, 2012 I've been going to Point Loma now for 2 years since I got out of the Navy. It is such a nice school. People are way too uber friendly at times, but that beats the alternative. She is going to love, and since she's on scholarship, you'll love not having to pay the tuition. I will finally be graduating this spring.

Czechsix 1 Posted November 1, 2012 Yep, UCSB is...entertaining. Just wait till you see what they do in Isla Vista (IV). At least there's no need to buy furniture, if you get there at the right time. LOL>
danrider 5 Posted November 1, 2012 great school UCBarb, what a great place to run track and field, just look at the ocean and run. Then when you are done running you walk a 100 yard with your board and go surfing to cool off, great college life. What did I do wrong.

And yes, motos do need permits as well. Same process as getting the car permit. If you are wondering because you were thinking of taking you 650l w/ surfboard down, there is a public "city" lot on campus so people can "view the coast", although that would be a hike compared to parking at Young Hall at the bottom of the hill, butt it is there....
