What a perfect day for riding! It was a nice 47 degrees at 8am, no wind, No People? Geared up and hit the trails at 815. I was just going to ride to the Superstitions and back. I couldn't believe it. There was no campers anywhere to be seen. I headed North then turn towards the sand hills. Made a couple of stops along the way, not a soul in sight, no dust trails from offroaders. I felt like I had the whole desert to myself. I get over to the Superstitions and finally see only one group of campers. I went up and played around in the sand, remember I mentioned some sand. Then headed back to my truck On the way I saw a sign that said wrong way, It sure felt right to me. Guess it was part of a race course. I drove into El Centro and went shopping. Too bad I had the diesel truck, Costco gas was $2.05. Here are some pics
