Have fun! Knee deep in suspension. -
Thx. At that price, they'd lash down to side racks easily for day trip extra storage.

If you go anywhere near Beaver - the city - like 20 miles either direction....obey all traffic laws. They are notorious enforcers of things vehicle related. I just came down 15 yesterday and they were set up and thick. Seriously, the speed limit is 80 - what more do you need? Weather - plan accordingly as you know. It was 95 in Zion on Tuesday, windy as hell and raining yesterday. We could not go up Zion canyon near the lodge - Red Pass needed - (must be on the shuttle or have reservations at the Lodge for overnight). I didn't see "Red Pass" on their site so I just called them. Red Pass is this stuff. https://www.nps.gov/zion/planyourvisit/commercial-tours.htm Disabled Vets get a lifetime NP Pass for $10....or free like my son did. Did it right at the entrance, used again at Bryce. The Maples are changing - color out - and the Aspens have started. You should have great color with your timing. There was construction inside Bryce but it was a minor delay. We went through about noon. Park near the lodge and walk toward the rim. Hoodoo's abound. If you go into St. George, eat at http://www.gunbarrel.com/ Dan had an elk steak that would put any filet to shame. I had the buffalo ribs, which fell off the bone. Full bar, great service. I got the Wasatch Polygamy Porter, Dan went with Wasatch Double Barrel Amber. Both good but they left "polygamy" off of the menu (it's S. UT, ya know). After Bryce and Zion, https://stateparks.utah.gov/parks/snow-canyon/ may be less spectacular, but still a nice route - and also not far from Gun Barrel. If you want "activity" suggestions, let me know.

Pascal and his g-friend are traveling RTW on their DR650's and are crossing into Baja soon. Laura and I are hosting them starting Sunday, Aug 21. I will provide burgers & fixins for those who want to come over - they are looking for Baja traveling tips and any current info. Bring a beverage of choice - I have a few beers around. EDIT: Sunday, AUG 21 - 5 PM - Rancho San Diego/El Cajon area. PM for address and so I can plan for food. Please post interest so I can plan accordingly. Hopefully SDAR will help out with some tips! https://www.facebook.com/ERTW-Enduro-round-the-World-1444920905826762/

Friday street ride: S1 & S2 loop: Join me?
TrophyHunter replied to Dan Diego's topic in Informal Local Rides & Who's Going Riding!
MacD - The Tiger is sold, awaiting shipment, so it's out of play. While the 800 lbs of Road Kouch isn't the Tiger, it does just fine. As usual, only limited by it's pilot. Great group, great ride, some food. Good send off for Dan and all the best with the surgery! -

Good time! Good to see y'all and put some miles on. Butterfield has a bubbler sprinkler on Tree's tree so it's doing well. The cooling vest was the way to go and I'm going to order some of the sleeves Bob had. Made the desert very manageable - along with hydration of course. -

Wanna do ALL back roads instead of slabbing 8? At least on the way out..... Option to break off 8 on the way back and do the full length of 94. I'll break out the Road Kouch. -

Just great stuff -
Slow, also with an XCx. And Mosko Moto gear. Except for your good looks, beard, youth, hat and generally cheery demeanor, we're probably brothers. See ya out there!

I put Ride Rites on my Tundra when I got the toyhauler. Easy install and they still get used for heavier loads. http://riderite.com/Ride-Rite%20Product%20Detail

Good reviews if you can find a fit. I'd go LED over Halogen based on reading and experience. http://advrider.com/index.php?threads/advmonster-led-headlight.976505/ For Aux lighting, I've used MondoMoto and like 'em. http://advrider.com/index.php?threads/auxiliary-led-lights-mondomotos.751838/

Technicals Datas IP : 46.166.189.98 IP-based Geolocation of Bikevinexpose.com : Seychelles Not to say anything's wrong with that, but....... The site registration is in the Netherlands, routed through Canada. The IP is possibly in Africa/Seychelles - maybe through an anonymizer. Haven't heard of it or it's use but a quick look in the context of your question - I'd stay away. Thx to Slut for sending me on this

A lot of fun for $5K.

AMA Support Lane Splitting
TrophyHunter replied to PastaPilot's topic in Important Issues, Environmental-Land Use Issues, Important Meetings & Local Information
Agreed, Josh, but this is just to allow CHP to have guidelines posted like they used to. There have been movements to make it illegal so this is just affirming it IS legal. CHP also oversees/sponsors CMSP and they probably want to ensure that program can continue to cover lane sharing in their program. http://cmsp.msi5.com/
