Fuel Filter Maintenance = F.I. Bikes - Link
Bagstr replied to Bagstr's topic in Fuel - Coolant sytems
Well, Update November 2021: Slavens is retiring a complete KTM fuel pump package for $220. I have it installed and using my serviced original as back-up. The gear looks of the same quality as factory. The customer service guy tells me the filter in German. I have a Wix standing by. -

So Zubb, You going for a Grom to add balance to your life?

Mimi, My Dear Wife had an idea I thought worth considering. Something like a Go Fund Me campaign; only just on the forum. A thermometer or whatever that shows progress would rally the troops. 🤷🏼♂️ We know this forum has the potential to be a for profit entity, but for now In the Life Saving mode, financial transparency is an asset ( to riff on CIDs comment). I personally don’t care about profit as long as the site is readable. My Goodness have you seen what they have done to ADVRider? Personally, I will make an effort to add content so visitors have something to read. Bear With. Bagstr

Learning and Sharing, Is what SDAR means to me. Learning about new places to explore, about my Moto. Sharing the adventure of exploring and what we learn as a group. The experience of the Moto adventure is multiplied many times over when shared. As a team, the group can push the boundaries of exploration. That and help tow me out when my motor fails. 💥

MCN.com has a review of this Green Monster. And I happen to agree with most of it. 😎

So, Happy to follow this guy Paul’s lead and financially support Mimi’s effort to instill life in the old SDAR bus. Who is to say what this weeks current trend is in terms of social gathering? A Great strength of this site is that it Is Not the Face Bunk experience. New Friends and New Experiences; what a concept! God knows I need some new friends. 👀 If we can just get these Holidays out of the way, we can get some riding done. Bagstr

IMO, the Gobs impart a number of adjectives; calm, planted, stability. My favorite phrase for George’s creation, they take the noise out of the front. Anything that can increase confidence in the front, is worth the price. 🎯 -

Map Manager loads into BaseCamp. Per CTM 1. Garmin MapManager is used to load map into your Mac. BaseCamp is used to view the map in BaseCamp. A. Download and install MapInstall and MapManager for Mac B Download the Mac version of the CTM C. Double click on the downloaded map file CalifTrailMap.gmapi D. MapManager launches and the map installation box appears. E. Click Install F. Repeat steps 5 thru 7 for CalTM Topo.gmapi. G. The maps are now installed on your Mac for use with MapInstall or BaseCamp.

Hey Zubb Did you download Mapinstall and Map manager For Mac? Your file list shows only Mapinstall. The Garmin site warns that the software does not work unless you own a version of Garmin maps. Also, did you select a version of CalTrail before trying to load? Instructions suggest you load maps one at a time. I just loaded to a Windows 10 unit and I believe it automatically dumped into BaseCamp. I don’t remember any issues with my Mac, but that was years ago. I believe CTM automatically finds BC. Good Luck.
