sorry for the minor fork in the trail disconnect, and get back up on that green machine! Thanks just for being out there, it felt better for solo speed training knowing that your group was in the area. -

4th annual MX RIDE FOR THE CURE 2010
robertaccio replied to christi20's topic in Upcoming Organized or Promoted Rides and Events
Is it acceptable to bring my SDAR certified DS Husky TE610 to Cahuilla for this event? Will the MX elite sneer at my older school DS/enduro bike? Just askin' my Husky will be in the R4TC house no matter what!!! note to non-MX rider SDAR riders, DS bikes will readily be accepted at the gate!! And note also SDAR, Cahuilla MX park is DS bike friendly without all the sharp edged SX type stuff and hopefully the Vet track (like a trail ride) and mini tracks open as well. -
BRUX and Aksel Lund Svindal, World Cup Alpine Skier, World Class Athlete Aksel Svindal has successfully tested the BRUX® in his summer training sessions (2009) carried out at Stelvio and in Chile. By the end of July he was using his BRUX® both during testing on skis and in the normal training regimen of the gym and bicycling. The three time World Cup winner has benefited from the use of the BRUX®. Svindal immediately experienced an important increase of maximum strength during his athletic work. As stated BRUX® works to rebalance neuro-muscular tension, to prevent wear of the teeth and to prevent micro enamel fractures as the teeth are tightened during the maximum physical effort. After realizing his own BRUX® benefits, Svindal decided use it and become the first world class skier to publicize and disseminate information about the Italian brand in the skiing world. Just as BRUX® success has been achieved in the motorsport world, it has now happened in the Norwegian athlete's alpine skiing world. Many athletes have discovered the benefits of using the BRUX® and having the testimonial of Aksel Svindal is a great plus for the Italian company. During sports activities, BRUX® combats the negative effects of bruxism from external interferences, especially vibration, which is present in motorsports and in alpine skiing and snowboarding. Internally the BRUX® helps lessen mandibular and cervical muscular tension thereby increasing performance. BRUX® comes with the testimonial of Aksel Svindal, a top tier world cup skier. BRUX® is the first in this discipline (alpine sports) to introduce the bite as a protective, performance balancing device, which reduces interference of the mouth on posture and acts positively on the sensitivity of the athlete. __________________

I hope that all of you as amateur level racers and weekend pleasure riders all realize that the BRUX sports performance bite is an effective anti fatigue and supplemental comfort item for us everyday riders. Our product is not just effective at the top tier professional level but just as effective while pounding pavement for long interstate trips and dirt road DS adventures as well. Oh yeah and even when working around the house and any strenous activity the bite will be beneficial as well. This is just an FYI concerning our product. I have worn mine on our fishing boat while heading out and bouncing off swells to the fishing grounds and when pulling up fish as well. The result was me being less beat up from pounding through the surf and no teeth gritting when cranking the reel, overall comfort level, UP.
