Wow that is what I miss, I was thinking, its under about 24" of snow, the ground is frozen, and it probably raining ice :hunter: I must admit though in the fall, there isn't much better riding to be had. I also remember the 6hr+ each way comutes to the U.P. and Jersey was about 12hrs. Eastern woods is a great place to ride

your right the pics don't show, but there was snow on the edges and spots on the tarmac that were wet soon to freeze

This ride will be rescheduled for Monday the 1st or a week from Monday and depending on who is riding may start at PV or CC Bikeslut,Fakename,Ozzy? I just talked to Christi and she had last minute obligations,but she wants to ride next monday as she has never riden that area.

I was going to call her later, she wants to do CC and I would imagine about 9-10am not sure. what time can you be there maybe meet up somewhere, between the campground and BP

I would be interested in a monday ride, maybe CC or PV I know sometimes Ozzy and Bikeslut can ride monday's

Hey, That "everytrail" link is pretty cool.......I'll have to get more familiar with that...thanks..... Ya pretty cool, if you zoom in on that map it gives a lot of detail, such as road names, elevation circles, peak names, the first long side road we took I named it trailer park road because it ends just above a trailer park on 79 we didn't get that far though, where the track ends and we double back is a brand new white gate (locked) easily ridden around but we chose not to.

It was a great day, I love this kind of exploration riding, somewhat technical in areas, very interesting, to see some history or the reamains of it below is a link to gps track click on the arrow and it will run the tracks as we did it show elevation changes and speed. I guess I have not been keeping up to much sorry I don't know what ride your referring to? X plane... 2 or 3 days away from SD I just checked out the 10pg thread, looks like quite an undertaking, looks like a good time, somewhat out of my budget presently, you guys have a safe fun ride
