As far as hand signals to oncoming traffic - I've had this explained 2 different ways - signal how many behind you or signal how many including you?? Which is the proper way?? Also what if the number is more than five??

BS's advice about the front brake is very true (you don't even need to ask). Are you still teaching - after 35+ years on the street, I like to think I can ride, but you NEVER really know enough?

Not much to add here - as everbody said the TT thread is awesome! I'm sure you're learning, like many other things, that it can be a money pit $$$$. One thing that I'm really glad to have is the allen head float bowl screws!!

You guys do know I was just jokin, right? I happen to also be a big fan of technology, and I would never want to go back to before we had wireless. I love the fact that my phone has an OFF button - though I rarely use it! I answer phones all day at work and enjoy my time away from them.

Soooo...... lemme see if I understand correctly........ I take a vacation to get away from it all by hopping on cruise ship to the cook islands, and my damn cell phone works the whole time
