  1. Did you have to take the take up to San Jose? What was the cost? Thanks, Rick
  2. What time were you on the Cooper-Cienega? I went thru with two others about 10:30 and back to Anza again after lunch, We saw another group from San Diego (6-8) on our way to Warner Springs and again on our way back to Anza while they were loading one of theirs into a ambulance in Chihuahua Valley. Don't know all the details but I heard broken leg and they were leaving the bike in a kind neighbor's garage. Might have had something to do with the suds they were popping both times we saw them. Just sayin.........
  3. Randy, Great event as usual. While I agree with and understand your position on the behavior of a few, I am tired of the tax-payer funded 'Rangers' whining about us using OUR public lands. I dare say we will never hear one of them say "You guys where just fine, thanks for coming and please come again." Yes, we shouldn't abuse our lands but I am completely convinced we will never satisfy them as long as we continue to ride. Also, I rather doubt we have more impact on the sand washes than a 100 vehicle convoy of Jeeps dripping fluids out of every orifice; we're certainly not there nearly as long! Thanks again for your hard work! Rick Felden
  4. Randy, My son Jeremy and I had a great time. Very professionally run event. Next time more whoops? Rick Felden
  5. Can you clarify that a bit? I can't just run an extention cord from an outlet to a household appliance, I need some kind of adaptor even if it's 120 already? Thanks... The RV receptacle is a 30A 125V configuration commonly called a "crowsfoot" and about the same size as your dryer or range receptacle at home. There are adapters available (Walmart RV section) that covert to a traditional 15A 125V configuration. The adapters are maybe $5.00 each and good to have in your kit. Most RV pedestals also have a conventional duplex receptacle but it has the potential to have two devices plugged into a 20A circuit. A 1500W space heater draws 12.5 amps, 12.5 X 2 = 25...........D'oh!!!
