Great pix, but are sideways. I really enjoyed meeting everyone and the ride to the camp site was great. Enjoyed the adventure of Bobs road side giveaway, the camp fire learning go around and most of all the drinking, but man did it get cold and windy and I dont mean from the beef jerky. The ride home was perfect and topped off a great ride.

Red Dog - What is in the tubular container down low on the frame tube, behind the front tire, in front of the skid plate? It is a 10 dollar mod, tool tube that is easy to make and the best place for your tools, down low. Its a klr thing, lol!

This law was passed with a huge amount of pressure from the USA goverment. Us goverment wants to be able to track american citizens who leave the USA. They are stopping cars at San Ysidro crossing going into Mexico during non peak hours asking if you have more than 10k in cash, but real reason is to track who is leaving.

What are you talking about? Are you refering to the toll road? Entry into Mexico through San Ysidro or Otay is free. There is a new bridge from the airport to Otay mesa that has a fee to use. The toll on 1D is half the cost of autos.

Now if you would have said the Descanso exit I would have known what you meant. Ok got it will try and be there unless something comes up.

I use the yellow 50/50 antifreeze/coolant from autozone or the green, just as long as it is a half and half water blend. It is like Bagstr said easier to top off with water.

Had a good ride up the mt with Danmule, sorry we missed Bluhdow by 15 min but I did get a chance to watch him go around the mx track, man he has a great suspension setup. Had fun thanks guys.

God and i though the klr had crappy suspension, talk about bottoming out. Those guys were crazy back then but they sure did have alot of fun.
