Great reminder! I tend to go for caffeine, "energy drinks etc. No substitute for water. Sometimes I do 50/50 Gatorade/water with a few ice cubes in the Camelback. -

Hi everyone! I've lived in SD since I was 5. Back in the 70's rode Miramar, Rose Canyon etc. Started on a Taco then CT 70 onto a CR 125. Raced at Carlsbad and Southbay Speedway back in the day. Love the Desert Too! 30 yrs.+ O.Wells, Plaster, Buttercup. Currently riding a 97 DR 350s. Also Quad and Jeep Cherokee for the Fam. Looking forward to some riding! Ned
