I have to send out a HUGE thank you to bikeslut "ambassador" Bob for getting a group together this morning at Coral Canyon. Also to George and his son (Anzo?) and I think Blake? Sorry about the names. I truly appreciate you guys coming out in the heat this morning and taking a noob out and showing me some of the trails at Coral Canyon. Unfortunately I have guests in town and have to drive them to an event that morning. Would it be possible to meet at 9am in the same spot? If that is going to distupt a ride I can try to make other arrangements and be there at 7.

Hey all! I am new to off road and don't know ANY of the trails or riding areas here in the SD area. I was hoping to meet up with at least 1 other person if not a small group and get out on a ride this Sunday. I have 20 years on the road (mostly Harley) but have not been off-road yet. If there is anyone that would like to get out for a casual ride and does not mind having a partner not experienced on the trails I would love the company and knowledge. Just found this site and excited to see all the local information and support! I am an experienced rider with over 20 years on the road, mostly Harley's. Sold my road bike a few years back and really miss being on 2 wheels. No interest in riding the streets anymore but really looking forward to getting on the dirt/sand and having fun. Have me a new 2012 Yamaha WR450f and know it is going to be an adjustment from riding a heavy bike on the pavement. Appreciate and looking forward to hooking up with some dirt/sand vets and getting some tips on how to stay upright and have some fun. Thanks all!
