If it s in fact an easement then i think the party who has the right to use that easement is the one who can take action (and might be liable for that easement). I don't know law but we were in escrow for a prop that had an easement thru a neighbor property, it was a messy situation, easements are complicated. Bummer about the trail!

Looking to take the kids riding up there for a couple of days soon, they’re beginners but know how to use the clutch pretty good.. I’m not familiar with the areas and was wondering what a good place to setup camp would be.. big bear, lake arrowhead, somewhere else.. looking for easy trails maybe a single track or 2.. we d be doing fun little loops nothing too crazy thanks

Yep, if it was working before and just started acting up out of nowhere I would start with a new battery. If it’s a new install then yes, magnet, wiring..

Pretty sure most (all?) apps that do odometer work with gps and don’t require cell service. whats wrong with vapor? Mine was acting up badly once and after contacting the service department they said to check all contacts for the battery inside (and double check that you’re using the proper battery, it’s crucial due to thickness), that solved it
