I'm antenna challenged. And now I'm more confused about antennas than before this conversation started. Can anyone just say "hey, buy this (insert link) for better performance for our intended purpose"....?

I'm going add you to my Gas Dome Warrior page. It has detailed info, including a pin, on where we camp. This is where I plan most of my OW trips on.
-
Reminds me, I never got back to you. Thanks, but I'll be out in OW camping and riding with the kids from Friday to Monday.

I'm wondering if anyone here has one of these TPS tools?? I'd like to borrow it if possible. If not, I'm thinking about buying one for the tool box.

Legit loop. Sounds fun. -
I'm not trying to justify the ticket by any means. But it's not a parking ticket per se, it's a ticket for not having / displaying an adventure pass...at least based on a quick google search of the section you posted. There has been many discussions about whether or not an adventure pass is required to park there. I've always believed it was required, but others have said it is not. Do you have an adventure pass? If so, you have a better chance of a judge dismissing the ticket if you can prove it. Personally, it pisses me off that the Federal government requires an adventure pass for us to recreate on our own land. Last few times I've gone to Corral I either ride there from home or park in the town of Pine Valley and unload from there.

Oh, he knew what he was getting into to....🤣 -
Well, if you are not getting brake light from either the front or rear brake lever activation, It's probably not your switch. I believe the brake light and tail light have different fuses. I'm sure you've checked the fuses? The harness in the tail light should have three wires. Neutral, brake, and tail light...start checking connections from the light forward. Wires should be color coded. Figure out which color is the brake light and start checking for voltage at each connector. There may be a couple connections leading up to the headlight and front turn signal. I actually had the same problem just 2 or 3 weeks ago. Turned out being at connector up by the headlight that had a bunch of gunk in it.

US Wheel Repair in El Cajon. I've used them several times. https://www.uswheelrepairs.com/

The switch is another problem area. I've replaced several of them (on different bikes) over the years. Always disconnect the wire at the harness before removing the master cylinder...you don't want to twist the wires that come out of the top of the sensor at all. Luckly, the new sensor is cheap.
