Bp619 replied to 350thumper's topic in Informal Local Rides & Who's Going Riding!
Done it multiple times if you know the right trail it's not bad but it's a one way. 100% illegal and I have been stopped by a ranger before there so don't do it it's heavily patrolled especially in a certain mating season -
Mobius are too bulky and the hinge pivot after 2 years started to wear out. Been clunking for last year. Choose asterisk just to try out I like the way it forms around leg and cause already know couple people with pods
-
I'm getting the same done in 2 weeks been with my orthopedic surgeon appt. Been using Mobius x8 for last 3 year but they are destroyed now. Either gonna get custom fitted for some cto braces or go with asterisk 4.0 off the shelf. Couple buddy's have the leatt I would skip and do pods or Mobius instead

Yeah maps are worthless there just get lost and use the windmills to get you back to truck hard to get lost there it's like a big rectangle with a road or fence on east and west

I was at the Baja hard Enduro otherwise would have been there. Put in about 4 hrs couple months ago on ranger doing some light pruning work and rock moving -
It take more dedication and coriders than you would thin. On my 3rd one and have barely put any hours it. But it's a great learning tool if doing more Enduro/ hard trail riding. Lessons and easy trail seat time is almost more valuable

Lowes in Santee also has trailers for sale

ACTION NEEDED- New Locked Gate on Thing Valley
Bp619 replied to KTMrad's topic in Important Issues, Environmental-Land Use Issues, Important Meetings & Local Information
Nice input yeah been deer hunting and riding in some remote areas in San Diego and according to my GPS maps fair game but have come across more than a couple weird gates or fence lines way off course. Fyi I think I've been to that property and meet that guy in jamul, bought trailer frame off a guy out there a decade ago that was a massive junk hoarder who's neighbors were forcing him to get rid of acres of junk -
Sounds like a personal problem
