Who you calling jacked up??!! I'll have to see if that top will work on my cart; interested if it will fit 👍 What else is going? I'll try to see what may cross over from Yamaha to Club Car; I still have some Costco TP to barter with.......

I found a good deal on the wheels and tires and grabbed them; bonus-they are DOT! Not sure how much street time they will see here (maybe up and down the neighborhood a little bit) but that was cool. Utah is not as strict as we are so I may be able to take it to the grocery store or Lowes when we get there. Keep me posted on the roof (if it will fit my cart) and your Ramona contact also please, Tom! Thanks, Kelly: I'll try and reach him and see what I can learn!

Not sure what it takes to plate them? This is gonna be a mail getter in Utah and just to cruise around the 'hood once we get there

Thanks, Tom. This one is a Club Car and I need all the electric guts so if you are getting rid of your electric stuff (and it is a Club Car) I may be interested. I also need a roof If that don't work and you can share the places that you know that are parting out I'd appreciate it as well!

I can't seem to get 20,000 miles out of BFG's anymore Too expensive of a tire for such low mileage for me (I drive a lot and am in a 3/4 ton diesel. I think it is too torquey and just eats tires). I do run them on my old Jeepster, but if that goes 500 miles a year it is a lot of miles and they look nice!

There is no warranty on the BFG's, which is why I switched to Pro Comp. I switched from Discount to 4WP when they would not honor my warranty on the Pro Comps because of rotation (I do my own rotation and chronicle it; not good enough for Discount) and I don't have 3 hours to wait for them to do it anyway (I found that I could make an appt. with 4WP and they would take me right in and get me out in an hour or less). In the end I am not happy with either place; the hoops you gotta jump through at both places is ridiculous. And I do like the BFG's better, just don't like the lack of warranty.

4WP (just around the corner from you) has been running some pretty good discounts, depending on what you are looking for. I bought some 60,000 mile warranty tires (Pro Comp) from them about a year ago and only got 33,000 miles out of them. Bought them initially on their "buy 3 get one free" deal and then got my new set for just over $400 after warranty credit. Again, not sure what you are looking for but you might stop in since they are close to you.

That sure beats passing doing a lot of other things; what a blessing to take one last ride and pass in peace. We should all be so lucky.

Motocross rider Marty Smith dies in dune buggy accident ...
simicrintz replied to wildwood's topic in Open Discussion
I heard the same thing, wildwood. I suspect whatever happened happened on the driver's side, which is why the Ramage's survived (and were probably wearing a full harness). -

Hey 2 smoke guys, what's the bike to get?
simicrintz replied to 97xr400r's topic in What Bike to Ride
I've seen something used but clean sitting outside ECC the last couple of times I've been in there (within the last week) that might fit your bill. Had one of those big fat funny looking pipes coming out of the front so pretty sure it will blow smoke rings -

Mine has the cam lock (http://www.joehauler.com/camloc/camloc.shtml) and seems to be pretty rigid with minimal rocking; not sure if yours has this or not, Jim, so thought I would throw this out.

Might have to mix some whiskey in with my Wheaties for courage!

Sucks to be "trapped" at home, but I do think we need to be aware that the consequences of our actions-should something happen-do impact others (and potentially a lot of others). Happy Easter everyone; stay safe and healthy! -
Very cool, Jim. I've been through that area (and to Jerome) several times; what a great area you have to ride in!!
