Love it! Very well done. Pretty much nails the addiction. I recognized a couple of our guys in that video, BTW. Dat you, Bike Slut? Thanks for posting this.

I am in on this one. Been following the ADV thread. -
http://www.atlasrider.com/?p=1839&utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+AtlasRider+%28Atlas+Rider%29 I think this guy pretty much nailed it. A cruiser, a dual sporter, a crotch rocketeer, the burned-out hippy...they're all there.

Excellent reminder. Thanks for that.

Great stuff, Troy. Very enjoyable. -
I'm waiting for the app that tells me when I'm ABOUT to fall. Now THAT would be useful...

The Kernan on your Strom? Really? I want photos, too. I've gotta keep my big hog (and my GS, too) on the bigger trails, I'm afraid. Gonna run out to Ocotillo and play. -
Yo, Matt: I've had a lot of luck on www.gpsunderground.com in locating maps for my Garmin GPS units (Zumo and others). Unsure if there are maps for the PeakLife, but it's worth a shot. Danny

OK, not in. This "work" thing is really overrated... -

This looks like it will be a cool movie!

Looks really good. My kind of flick. But then again, I enjoyed watching Charley Boorman give it a go in Race To Dakar. -
Sure the ABS test is cool, but I just want to play on the skid pan. Wet skid test on motorcycles with & without ABS

Nice, really nice.

I'm waiting until after the holidays to snap up some goodies. I hope I'm correct in assuming that there will be some serious deals on the stuff we like.

Man, I've been wanting to get up there and try some of their brews for some time now. Because of the holidays (another get together tonight), my HHs have been few and far between in December. I do think it's something to put on the calendar soon, though. One question: Do I have to knock all of the mud off before I park in front of this place? Hey, Randy, what's a "life zone?"

Thanks for the info. I placed it in my Amazon cart and researched reviews on the Roam and GPS for almost 2 hours while I decided which was best for me. I sure would like the Bluetooth tech, but the waterproof ability and price of the Roam can't be beat. I'm thinking that the prices on all helmet cams (Drift, Go Pro and Contour) will drop fairly dramatically after Christmas. And then I'll pull the trigger on one of them. Yes, to answer your question, I am extremely "frugal."

Just ran over to the Lemon Grove store. Good price on the Go Pro HD Motorsports camera ($229) and Joe Rocket gloves (20% off). The selection is somewhat limited (is the Cajon store small, too?) and the sales staff is helpful and nice. Only picked up a couple of things (gifts) today.

OK, NOW I might be interested in a go pro

No engineering experience, and nothing technical to add. Just thought I'd mention that it was the Mighty Zep (Moby Dick) in the background... -
Yes, welcome. You've come to the right place. The SDAR folks know the roads and trails for all levels of experience and won't steer you wrong.
