I was out a carrizo overlook area earlier in the week hunting some coyotes and bunnies. Well after twenty minutes of calling and after a deer came in I decided to move spots. Well I was creeping along and about twenty to thirty feet away a nice size kitty decided he wanted to see what I was all about. So if you are hiking or just taking a break be careful. I really don't think the noise of a bike will scare them seeing as Ihad just shot a bunnie and my 223 is pretty loud. Be careful. Anyone wants to go for varmits or cotton tails in the valley let me know, bunnies are yummy.

There can be some difficult areas @ corral canyon. As long as you stay on the double wide trails you should be fine. It was only in the high 80s around buckman springs rd today at noon-4, so temps should be fine. remember to bring water. have fun.

So me and my buddy are gonna go to pv or cc saturday morning, but was wondering if someone wanted to go riding there during the week, or maybe ramona dual sport or the border fence. Let me know, I only have physical therapy on thursday in the morning. All other days are open. Need to wear out this tire on the pumpkin.

I will be there with a friend, my saturday ride got pushed back to sunday, he caught he 14 year old boy drunk as a skunk. So is this ready to ride at 730 or get there by 730? Nevermind I have to learn to read before I post.

I totally disagree with that site about rocket. Mark the owner and his nephew Michael are great. The do the service. I blew some gaskets while I was riding in the area and could not get home, so guess what, they took me from baypark to my home in Normal Heights and picked me up when my bike was ready. The are pretty stand off ish, but I really don't like being hounded to buy something. If I ever need to take my bike for service again they will get it. They have went and gotten gaskets and other parts they did not have in stock from other stores for me. Give them another try. There has got to be a reason they have been in business for 20+ years.

I will be there, Brent maybe you can tell what was really done to my bike at your shop. It is Nolan Colwells old 525 exc with a 610? kit in it? Hope to see you there, might have to put on a new tire though.

Finally got cleared to ride after 7 weeks, was wondering if anyone wanted to go on a refresher on Friday. I might be alittle slow for awhile. If not maybe a dual-sport one in Ramona? Let me know, preferably in the morning.

It was nice meeting you guys, too bad the ride ended quickly. Seems your foot is doing better. I met up with that guy on the 2stroke yamaha(Andy) and showed him around. Might be going out with him again on monday. Maybe this time I will take the pumpkin and you guys can help me kick start it. When you feel better let me know and lets go riding. Why not just get a pair of sidis and be done with it?
