  1. taking a "sick day" from work, and riding local... probably 9 ish at the Pine Valley cul de sac with Axel. Low intermediate ride and pace. Kernan demands a little attention, but nothing too treacherous. need an adventure pass to park at the cul de sac, but apparently not to park one block away.

half day ride, followed by burgers and soft serve. No life flights or emergency evacs, please.

I'll be on a DRZ and Axel is on the wr450F. A bigger bike can ride these trails, if you can.

Just was in Prescot. Great downtown, shops, bars, brewery.historical . Camped three miles from town --White Spar Campground-mtn bike tails and dualsport. I am going  back next year .

always wanted to ride there... never have. I like that town, and the forest surrounding it is awesome. Sedona and Flag not too far away either

Thanks for the detailed info ! I have not read any report that was negative. Everybody that buys 'em loves 'em.

    I

I know people that didn't love them, and removed them... and not just me... other than that, I agree a lot of people love them

Don't you play at the Golden Thong in LaMesa?

yes... this band also plays the Schlong's Draggin' Room, Kraken (a SDAR alum saw me there last week), and numerous other venues. For the record; this is not technically my band any more, but am still playing some shows with them...

we were called The Originals, and then we found out another band was called the Originals, so we changed our name, then THEY changed their name, so we wanted to be called The Originals, but then we decided... what's the point?

  5. maybe I'm partial... but it really is the best (or worst) of both worlds. Something like a 650 big dual sport can cruise all day long on the freeway and hit the smaller trails... something like a smaller 250/350 can ride technical trails and still ride the backroads just fine... flexible, and easy to fix (usually)

If you see a Kug sticker or SDAR sticker applied to Federal property, peel it off if you can.  "Tread lightly" is broader than just staying on a designated trail.   Wouldn't want the Kug getting in trouble either.  We all pay for those signs and, as a former U.S. Forest Service employee, I hate to see them get defaced and/or shot up. Those signs are expensive to replace.

Then they should put a sign saying that...oh wait...they did
