How to check in:
Find me. I'll likely be running around like a headless chicken making sure everything is set up right and people are having a good time. If I am not at party central, go to one of our spots, pitch your tent and get comfy. I'll be back at party central eventually to sign you in and give you any goodies that you ordered.
Saturday night shenanigans:
6 or 6:30 ~Dinner will be served
7ish ~ After we've had dinner we'll get to raffling whatever swag I have mustered up to raise money for Stewards of the Sequioa. I'm not the best at mustering so please contact me about donating stuff
And of course, the annual adult raffle. We might only be adult shaped but we have grown up IDs! Proceeds also go to the Stewards. It's vitally important that we raise more money and stomp those nerds at Noobs. Come prepared to blow your wad.
The Campground:
Space #19 is party central. Camp there if you dare.
Spaces 16 and 17 are reserved for @Gerg and @Shunka and their support vehicles. These are the ONLY spaces that will be reserved for RVs. Seriously, DO. NOT. ASK.
Thursday sites:
12-15, 18, 19 are open, 16 and 17 are reserved for past HDIC's, 19 is party central.
Friday and Saturday night sites:
12-22.
RVs: If you are bringing an RV, you do so at your own risk. I will not be reserving or arranging a spot for you (unless mentioned above, so come early if you want to be able to bogart a camp site (and even then, the parking may be a challenge due to the arrangement of the sites and newly installed parking blocks). It's up to you to ask people to move their tents if there is no room and you should be skilled using reverse. We will do our best to be nice and accommodate but if there isn't space for you, you're gonna have to park somewhere else.
