backhoedoc 0 Posted November 10, 2006 backhoedoc: At 5'8" I'm tired of tiptoeing my way through a ride An inexpensive seat mod. has corrected this problem for me. Of all the mods. I've done to this bike, this change has made the most difference for me! For instance, on the freeway the fairing (sp?) works much better and off road on rough trails being able to plant the foot in corners and in rock crawling situations. backhoedoc 0 Posted November 14, 2006 The seat cushion was carved from the original , dropped it off on thur. pic up on fri. I like the seat i find it just right for for my style of riding, I had the color changed to cool down the seat surface., it also lowers the center of gravity, and allows the fairing to cover better on the freeway see mike. backhoedoc klr 650 06 AMA SDAR Ride safe and have fun
