Good morning Sneeker and BS. Super nice to meet both of you and I'd like to thank you both for taking the time to go out and ride with me. Great trails and even better company. Loved the energy and the laughs. Corral really keeps you on your toes. From turning a corner and possibly running into someone to rounding and being faced with a straight up rock section. I hope to be invited back for more fun future rides. Creeping up on my third month of signing to this site; I could not be more happy about the people whom I've met. Great personalities and invaluable information has set me on a very positive path for this recreational activity that I dove into. (sometimes literally) In short; another great ride with with two exceptional riders. Thanks SicVic

first post is accurate... where Kernan crosses Corral Canyon/Morena Stokes Road; 7 a.m. I'll be there, even if solo. We'll ride my favorite loop; Kernan up to 1; 1 to 2, then 6 to 8... ranger after that, 3, 4, 11, 5... I still haven't ridden 7; maybe I'll try that Sneeker is a "maybe", but I'm riding either way Roger that. Went up 7 yesterday..... Good times! Steep in a couple areas that lead to a little overheating. (both rider and bike) but still really fun.

Awesome! I'll be parking at the Pine Valley Rd exit off the 8 Freeway. (south side) This is the starting area. (Forrest Pass) It's about 10 or so miles of fire road until the single track but it makes for a good warm up and goes by quickly. After that.... FUN!!!! Starting early is always good. You let me know what works for you on the time thing... I can be there whenever. SUPER STOKED. If you get board there we can always drive down the Freeway another half hour to McCain and run those trails too. I started there a few days ago, did 53 miles; loaded and went to Corral to finish out 120 miles. Good times

What up Rich. I'm down to show you around out there on Friday. You may already have one but; advance warning. You will need a Forrest Adventure Pass to park. Option two.. Park in town and ride out to trail head. (close) What are you looking to do? Mellow fire road, ripper single track (safely), Burly rock climbs... It's all out there! Let me know what you're thinking. Oh, and I forgot one other thing. My Moto tire only costs $70 vise the $550 per on that rocket ship! BONUS!!!!!!!!!!!

These are for sure great cars. A friend of mine picked one up from Hennessey in Texas. (heavily modified) as if it needed more HP... Nonetheless, I'm sure it will be enjoyed. That said... I own a KTM and that's kind of like a Caddy of the Moto world.. minus 140 Miles per Hour!

I'd like to thank you both for taking the time to show me around out there today! I had a blast. Bummer about the flat Steve....I'm glad I was riding a KTM out there (I know how you feel about that) Lol. I'll keep in touch for future rides with my local Carls"badders". Cheers!

I've checked the weather reports and it looks to be a nice day out there. I like the single track and small rock climbs. I'm a new rider but would like to go as quickly as possible while still being safe. I like ripping around the (mini track) at the bottem or bouncing up the "hill" 10 times in a row. (never gets old) Throw in a million runs through all the whoops and that makes for a good day! Starting around 8 would be good. I've been doing right around 65 miles when I go out. (total) If you think you might make it out let me know, or if you just show up and want to say hi; I'm driving the Green Yukon. Later

I did hang out in the parking area 'till about 9. Did a short loop then checked back one more time for ya. No worries as I know you were slotted as just a "maybe" anyways. Next time forget the phone charger a few days in advance... that will eliminate the chances for a spoiled ride! We will try again another time. Take care

Today was also very nice weather. About 75 degrees with light winds. I rode from about 9 to 4. There was a quad out there for awhile and one other Moto. Let me know when you can get out again. I'm avail. Mon-Fri. I usually take the weekends off. I'll make sure you bring the helmet next time......

You know me, not in any hurry, but will be be meandering 30 to 35 miles of mostly singletrack....and no tough, technical stuff. Have been out there twice this week and it had been really nice. The weather is perfect. Thinking I may go again tomorrow. I doubt I'll make the Sunday trip though. Have fun!

Right now I have the full on Dirt Knobs on the bike. Does that work for this place? (Jacumba) Gas station, exit 73, 9:30, Tuesday = happy Sic Vic I'll be there ready to go.
