Sand and Rock Tour -- Sounds Fun.

So far the weather looks to be mid 80s depending on elevation.

Unless I get snake bit Saturday, I will see you there.

Iron Door is an option, When we get over to that area, I'll go with the flow...

as we get closer to sunday, I'll post staging and time.

Sounds like it's a go!

Is Blue Inn the halfway mark; wondering what the max fuel range is?

Might meet you guys at the start with a newbie rider, and then just set our own pace mattering on how he feels. I know Fish Creek pretty well, but where's Dos Cabezas?

Plan on 60-65m to blu in, less coming back (30-40) around the other side of the mountains.

Depending on time - and group interest we could hit superstition sand dunes as well.

Or just bee-line..

I'd like to go, too. Craig if you end up breaking off from the group, can I tag along? It's my first ride with the group and will pull out if I am slowing the group down.

I was looking at the map and I probably won't be able to make this ride. I am recovering from a shoulder injury and think the ride out and back is going to be about the total ride time it can take. I really need to get a trailer or truck soon.

xr650kyle,

Just returned from extended hiking on the "Mickey Search" and pretty gassed.

Will try to show for the ride, but if I am not there by 9:30, I will be in recovery mode.

Great loop.
