Queen bed, dinette converts to a sml bed, upgraded Samsung Smart Tv, back up camera with 7” display, dual propane tanks, 2 burner stove and micro/convection oven & fridge, full bathroom, 30amp power cable, sewer hoses & exterior trailer cover included. New mattress, since we are keeping our current mattress for the new trailer. Needs a new 12v batt, approx $200 & holding tank repair, approx $500. Need to make room for the new.
