Coming soon, I'm in the awareness stage now,  the hype info stage.

Nestled In the Tuscan Hills of Maremma , in the Colline Metallifere near the town of Montieri in the province of Grosseto (GR) , there will be a destination set aside as a Moto friendly stay over and of course any endeavor or vacation/adventure you may plan. Area is super for world class MTB/eMTB, Hiking, ADV Moto, Enduro Moto, Trials moto, Fishing (Fresh and salt), Rock climbing etc etc.. White sandy beaches of the Bay of Follonica are 40 minutes away, with many classic old Etruscan and Tuscan towns and museums within minutes to a 2 ride or drive away.

The Casa Di Leone has acres of wooded land in a park like setting and is pet friendly.

Do you have any timeline for it?  I knows its not super close but I will be near Pescara for 6 weeks this summer.

We may be ready for rentals but my timeline is more like mid fall time frame.

"I like dogs.  I like caravans more."  Brought my dogs last time.  Don't know if I'll be doing that again.  I don't think they were much of a fan of the travel.
