tntmo 887 Posted February 9, 2023 Sad news to hear of a motorcycle museum closing. Udo had stopped here on a trip, and I remembered the location and when I was near it later in the year I also stopped by. Great exhibit, well worth the stop. Anyway, if you're planning a cross country trip this summer and are anywhere nearby you have a chance to see it. Iowa has more things to see than you may think, the John Deere museum is pretty cool, Field of Dreams is a neat place, Sullivan Brothers museum is great WW2 history, John Wayne museum....lots of things! Also, if you are in the market for some interesting bikes they are going to be selling off their inventory at the end of the year. September 5th is the tentative last day for the museum. https://www.desmoinesregister.com/story/news/2023/01/29/anamosas-national-motorcyle-museum-announces-plan-to-close-in-september/69852660007/ https://nationalmcmuseum.org/
