Seeking volunteers for Mountain Dash May 15, 2022

We are planning to put on this event but have very few volunteers identified so far.  I think we will have some help from the SDORC folks but we need some SDAR folks to step up.  If you can help please reply so we can start planning who will be where to make sure we have enough help to cover the activities.

If you can help with any of these areas please reply and let us know:

Preparing the GPS track or route. (Needs to be done ASAP.  We have preliminary tracks that need tweeking a little. Need someone who knows GPS)

Preparing rider packages to give out at sign up. (Prior to sign up maybe on Saturday, May 14)

Rider sign ups and distributing the Tracks or Route and rider packages at the start of the event. (8 am to 10 am at Moto Forza May 15.)

Riders to run sweep. (May 15 all day.)

Set up for the event at Pio Pico Campground. (Morning and afternoon May 15 at Pio Pico CG)

Help with dinner and raffle. (Afternoon and evening of May 15)

Clean up after dinner. (May 15 evening)

Clean up after event (May 16 morning)
