Blustery Day in OW

Rode OW yesterday. Staged north of Blue Inn. Rode to Ranger Station, little store off Split Mtn. Rd and to the Alamo in Salton City for a late lunch. Great day for riding...high clouds , no rain on the DEZ floor (unfortunately), a little windy mid-day but, felt good! Only saw 1 other camp, two jeeps and two quads ALL day! Man...that place needs rain though...dang. A few pics bellow:

How was food at the Alamo? I’ve never heard of it but it looks like a cool spot.

Yo Tim! - I think it's pretty decent, especially considering the location. There are always multiple tables of people eating (good sign), I've never gotten sick from the food there (good sign) and you're right, it is a cool spot. Not as good as Carmelita's at the mall in Borrego Springs but, the food is hot and the beverages are cold. Also, if you like you're chip salsa hot, you will like the Alamo's salsa! There is also a little store attached if you need any supplies.
