I'll ask again: are plates required?

What kind if range do I need l (would the 300 be ok?)

If this ride doesn't work out, I'd probably be in for another night ride Saturday......

I ride there quite often when it's not a million degrees in the shade. it's plated only.

This ride is plated and non plated.

Meaning optional.

Similiar route to the other night. Your 300 will do just fine..(so long as you aim for the kicker).

And I can be talked into a night ride.

Expecting low temps, lower than last Saturday.

Thanks roadwar your invited.  I can lead this one though, and answer questions about weather and conditions. I ride the Dez every weekend , day or night, warm or cold, flooded or dry, with or without a crew .

Thanks for the invite 305bumber, I'm good with the weather and conditions.. Pretty sure North and West Red Feather is highway legal only. May get chased by a ranger maybe not. I'll be out of town heading way North and try to find some cool mountain single track not on fire.

There are dirt roads west/north of red feather that are for plated vehicles (most of the roads that connect to S2)..

This route is more sand washes & open dezert .

Good looking out for us .

Way North, south of needles there's some cool mountain ranges up the 15.

Stay safe brother.

305 bumper ... Lol. Good one.

I like your sense of humor...

Ptkatoomer, here's what I mean by north /west plated optional sand washes..

We will be roaming around these spooky windmills for a while.

And by the way this ride is novice level, the verticals are taller than a front tire from deep sand.

You'll be expected to negotiate these in stride.... i ridden w you before I know you can handle it..IMG_20200926_142541705.thumb.jpg.7138eb56e82c4e3e3419fd3aa74f68d4.jpg
